What to do with n-dimensional images module? #641

@AnniekStok @manerotoni I feel that the n-dimensional images module may not be really needed anymore, on the other hand I think it is a valid concept. Maybe not so bad to just leave it around?

I think it does not hurt to just leave it. Maybe some people find it useful to learn how to deal with the order of dimensions in Napari, as this can be confusing sometimes?

By the way: does your EMBL mail still work? I cannot find a recent one...
