Module calibration: Napari scale bar? #699

There is (now): Napari > View > Scale Bar, we should explore and add this to the training material if it works.

It seems to work, also there is a useful "Axes" feature now. Also, the scale bar will respect the "scale" of an image, i.e. it is not necessarily in pixel units.
