Overview

This PR splits the app logic in the utils file from just being concentrated in one file. This ensures we're able to understand the flow without being overwhelmed

This is amazing & just what we needed tbh! It's gonna be a pain for me to merge the changes from master into this but I'll be smiling through the pain because it's totally worth it 😂
