Prompt Entry screen covers a part of the text pane so user can't see what they're entering #160

There's some nuance into this... spent some time investigating an using a KeyboardAvoidingView with behavior='position' pushes the content up.

Side effect is that the screen style is changed also

Fixed this a later release by reducing how much of view pane was covered by "option pills"
