Context: fitting oscillations over 1/f is a way to get what the dominant brain wave is taking into account the general "noise"/"activity" in the brain - https://fooof-tools.github.io/fooof/

[x] Implement fooof library methods on recorded EEG data
[ ] Upload methods to python api server and respond with metadata
[ ] Display results on /analysis page
