Create Landing Page with placeholder components for @oreHGA to fill out.

Features:

New mobile menu and sticky nav
Hero Section
Features Section (Grid layout)
Integrations Section that shows all the different integrations we would implement
Newsletter section using customised substack subscription widget
Footer
