Automatically display instructions #46

Use the instruction scene made by @TaylorAnderson automatically on every microgame.
The text is pulled from an exported string on the microgame scene. If that string is empty, no instruction is shown. I removed the specific inclusion of this scene in the pixel art game to avoid duplication.
