Migrate to Godot 4

Okay so I did migrate Little Warioware for Godot 4.2.2 (the latest version up of writing this).

A list of changes:

• Autoupdate .import, .tscn, .gd files.
• Fix loading of directories.
• Fix super() in microgame subclasses not getting called explicitly (implicit super() calls are gone in Godot 4)
• Fix pixelart microgame by reworking the tilemap.

There is still a few things missing, but running the project for desktop plays the game just right now.

Web export is still not working properly and we prolly just have to wait for the Godot team to catch up.
