Add Instrumentation flags to SDGs #53

When Samples with Analyses for a specific instrument are Added to an SDG, update the SDG with a flag that denotes that it contains samples that require that instrument.

Implemented a Sample Type flag to assist in identification until the business logic has been clearly defined.
