Setup load balancing with HAProxy across all cores of new server #68

Setup a Senaite site with 6+ clients running, and a HAProxy load balancer in front of them.

Also evaluate performance.

Load Balancing implemented with NGINX. Will upgrade to HAProxy when the opportunity outweighs the risk.

Closing due to HAProxy not seeming like a worthwhile risk at the moment.
