1.8.8 does not work correcrtly

AntiSpamKick was by me, but it modifies a kick event, so unrelated.

Prefixes/suffixes have issues with displaying on NameTags & Tab

Here's CoOwner prefix: "&8&l[&4&lCo&7&l-&4&lOwner&8&l]&r ", Owner prefix: "&8&l[&4&lOwner&8&l]&r "

Should properly display like 1.16.5 does

This also is an issue for 1.12.2, I tested it. ViaVersion does NOT fix the issue when on a newer client.

Also it displays properly in chat

Load a 1.8 server Add tab Modify nametags with the ranks I provided And it will be not properly displayed

I want ranks in my lobby, but not broken. I'm fine with it being gone from tag or tab

Update your game to 1.13+. Mojang removed the limit there. This is not a TAB bug.

ViaBackwards still causes the issue.

ViaBackwards is for older client versions on newer server. It cannot cause that. Are you sure you updated the client, not server?
