The search engine shows filters for licenses under different names, whcih are actually the same "CC0", "public domain", "CC0 1.0"

We should make sure only one of them appears in the search filters.

Hi @haesleinhuepf, here is our current licence list:"CC-BY-4.0 (108) MIT (18) ODC-BY-1.0 (1) BSD-3 CLAUSE (16) ALL RIGHTS RESERVED (14) UNKNOWN (59) BSD-2-CLAUSE (5) PUBLIC DOMAIN (1) GPL-2.0 (1) CC0 (4) AGPL-3.0 (1) CC-BY-ND-SA-4.0 (2) GPL-3.0 (3) CC-BY-NC-4.0 (1) APACHE-2.0 (1) CC0-1.0 (1) BSD LICENCE (1) CC-BY-SA-4.0 (2) CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 DEED (1)", please help me check if there are any repetitions, e.g. does CC0-1.0 (1) belong to CC0 (4)?

Hi @SeverusYixin ,

thanks for the list! After sorting it alphabetically, it become easier to see. I think we can easily set all the entries with CC0 to CC0-1.0. Furthermore, for the entry with "Public Domain" please visit the entry on the internet and see if this is also CC0.

Thanks!

Best, Robert

Base on the description, it should belong to CC0-1.0. https://forschungsdaten.info/lizenzen/
