Translations of categories are not ingested #337

Dear all,

CrowdIn also allows users to translate the catagory.json files. However, this is not ingested, while the translation of e.g. "Introduction" which is "Einführung" was providede via CrowdIn. This also applies to all other categories.

We should also translate the categories.
