Choose repo #345

Dear all,

This is the major update to the HTCTRR page (now: Choose a Repository). All detail boxes are gone. Each repo has its own sub page. All pages also received an update, also including the figure on Choose a Repository.

@jliermann : the folders in /docs/50_data_publication/ do have numbers, but this does not matter for ordering. Please feel free to then merge the branch with localisation and Christian an me will continue with the translation.
