Sample keywords and description not being saved #929

When entering the keywords and the description of a sample and then moving to the next sample, if the user goes back to the first sample they will find the entered values missing

Testing in Dev, The edits done to the keywords and descriptions are still not being fully saved: Here deleting the keyword "test" is not maintained when switching between samples:

Additionally, adding keywords is resulting in unexpected behaviour, as the samples getting mixed:
