Clicking on Deleted Project gives 404 Not Found.

Clicking on Deleted Project gives 404 Not Found. #940

Go to Trash and click on any deleted project, it gives 404 not found error. but instead clicking on settings & summary icon works.

Also prohibit all actions, such as "Why Can't I publish?" and Manage Samples buttons.
