Extract and display MIChI recommendations in datasets #993

While nmrium info has all the metadata we would like actively extract this from the nmrium info (extracted from various sources) and store them in the database.

Ultimately this needs to be 1) Displayed on the datasets page 2) Indexed and available as filters 3) Meta tags

Steps:

[ ] Map MIChI to NMRium
[ ] Provide NMRium info in the dataset table
[ ] Provide a command to import these info to the dataset table from already submitted datasets
