Improvement of RXNO documentation

This issue arises from #6 and focuses on inconsistencies in the documentation stored for RXNO. This makes it difficult to contribute, e.g. by adding new reactions.

• [x] improve reaction scheme at docs/20190902_Ontoposter.pptx file (i.e. add corrected flowchart as pptx & svg)
• [x] create new file with graphical scheme for determine the skeleton from docs/flowchart_skeleton.md
• [x] improve docs/flowchart.md
• [x] update docs/flowchart_skeleton.md according to Colin's comments in #12

Following significant errors or difference between the graphical RXNO reaction assignment flowchart of the poster and the written version of the flowchart complicate the clear class assignment when adding a new reaction:

• The RXNO reaction assignment flowchart of the poster is incorrect in question 1 "Are any bonds involved other than those in protection/deprotection?", since a "Yes" answer (following green arrow) should lead to the 2nd question (i.e. arrows are reversed) the written version of the flowchart doesn't have this error.
• There is also an error in question 8 at the graphical RXNO reaction assignment flowchart of the poster where a forward is missing for the "Yes" answer (i.e. no green arrow). Again the written version of the flowchart doesn't have this error.
• Question 13 in the graphical flowchart does not match the written version of the flowchart. Overall, the graphical scheme with 27 questions has one more than the written version of the flowchart with only 26 questions, where the question "Are one or more atoms added in the middle of the chain?" does not appear at all.
• The yes-no forwarding for questions 13, 14 & 15 in the written version of the flowchart differs significantly from that in the graphical scheme, with question 14 never being reached as a consequence of a "yes" or "no" answer.

A revised graphical flowchart: has been created from the original graphical RXNO reaction assignment flowchart of the poster with regard to the above-mentioned errors, and the changes made in this process have been highlighted in purple in a separate figure.

For the determination of the skeleton, only a written scheme exists so far. On this basis, a new graphical flowchart was created.

to be take care of: In the RXNO documentation any guidelines are missing in which way a contributor should import already existing terms (e.g. substance classes) from other ontologies (e.g. CHEBI) if necessary for adding new reactions. This is one aspect of the insufficient RXNO documentation for contributors.
