Data source - Essay #5 sample from different writing platforms

These are from Fidus Writer, Next Cloud with Collabra Office, and Only Office, as well as Hedgedoc markdown.

It may well be that Quarto only processes Markdown, Ive searched but I'm not sure. If it is only Markdown then we can stick with Hedgedoc for the present and I'll figure out how we can get the HTML converted to Markdown from Fidus

For our purposes at present of adding one essay we only need to look at two examples:

• Fidus Document: As HTML. Fidus will give the best academic markup and a single document is enough for an essay section in a book. https://github.com/NFDI4Culture/ada-sample-essay-content/blob/main/fidus-doc/html/document.html

Since we now know Quart needs Markdown files. I will look at how we can have the example HTML files or DOCX files converted to Markdown. I'll ask colleagues over at the SemanticClimate project wif then have a CI workflow for this as a similar process is needed over there.
