Change from private to public #15

Closed magelm closed 1 year ago

Hey @mdsufz

as @MartinBoleSlo mentioned in his mail, he is not able to change the repository from private to public via his or the mdsufz account. Maybe @Majid-Soheili has the proper rights to do that?

Best Maja

Hi, everyone, Unfortunately, I don't have access to the settings of this repository to change it to a public one. Best Majid

Hey @magelm, we also do not have the permission on this account to make the site public.

Best, MDS - UFZ

Whoever controls the NFDI4Microbiota Account/Team/Organization on Github should be able to set all underlying repos public/private. I suggest that everybody from N4M is invited to that Group as Developer/Maintainer and at least one other person is also made Owner, so that we can see who is responsible and contact multiple people in these cases.

Cheers, Clemens.

Hey @magelm, we also do not have the permission on this account to make the site public.

Maybe @konrad has the admin rights then? Best, Charlie

Hi all, I can make the repo public and add further responsible people as developers with needed rights. Who should be added and when should the repo go public?

MartinBoleSlo commented 1 year ago

Hi @konrad from the UFZ side we request that the account @mdsufz and my account @MartinBoleSlo get the needed rights. Best, Martin

Thanks @MartinBoleSlo. Done that now.
