Magelm fix bio env tables #36

Hi, I noticed that the table layout was broken in some of the tables. I fixed the table layout in line 14 by deleting one space in PlantAssoc_BioEnv_Metadata.md and the other files. The Bio/ENv tables should all look okay again.

I did not double-check the technical metadata tables (yet).
