community wish: metadata suggestions for shotgun sequencing

Wish from a community member who is doing analysis for others and needs to collect (or run after) their metadata:

Predefined sample collection & metadata fields are needed: Collection for metagenomic sample metadata for different organisms for Shotgun-sequencing and metagenomics

Possible To-Dos:

• [x] check which metadata fields might be applicable for shotgun sequencing in our existing tables (or identify possible standard suggestions from GSC or other consortia)

Field for shotgun sequencing should be under lib_strategy field. @JotaKas, @KamathSanchita can you check the tables tomorrow?
