Addes page for RDC and Aruna Object Storage #124

Added a page to describe the Research Data Commons concept and Aruna Object storage.

Includes some images, all located inside asset/img folder. Location for images are taken from another RDM article. Hope that will work ;)

Text is more or less a copy of knowledge base articles for NFDI4Biodiversity and will be kept in sync between those two consortia.
