Oxygen Sealer: Loses power while connected to Heavy Wire sealed block #38

I rewired the power from the starting room generator (using flux ducts) to run through a series of 4 energy modules (and added a few more generators)

from the output side of the energy modules I replaced the aluminum wiring with flux ducts to the oxygen sealer in the starter room and connected a heavy sealed block to the sealer.

With the door closed and the room sealed the Oxygen Sealer uses power faster than is supplied by 1.2m reserve power fed to the sealer via 9000 RF/t flux ducts and the heavy sealed wire block.

I have also noticed that machines connected to the heavy wire block starve for power - to the point that I have been replacing them with cells...

all the galacticraft machines use energy even when they are no being used or enabled.

Understood, the issue is that it is connected (through a heavy sealed wire block) to an energy module that contains 1.5m RF using fluxducts that transfer 9k RF/tick, but its internal buffer is empty.

I eventually removed the heavy sealed wire block and replaced it with a simple powercell from RFTools and the issue went away.

If this issue exists for other players then they could die when it does the same thing to them... FWIW, I tried this with multiple worlds, as provided, with an upgraded wire and with both the wire & the sealed block upgraded.
