I am unable to find the "Heavy Booster Schematic" For the "Tier 3" Rocket. #52

I have searched probably 50 mining rigs now and i have found multiple other schematics but i haven't found a single heavy booster schematic, can i please get some help? i'm like 99% sure i'm searching the right spot.
