can't completeHydrogen/Oxygen tank quests #6

The tanks the electrolyizer gives you are not the ones listed in the quest, so it cannot be completed.

Nevermind, the tanks can be made. you have to use buckets instead of the low pressure tnaks that you'd think you'd have to use.
