Two quests for the Shard of the Born Might seem to be switched. The Weeping block is crafted using the Sentient core, but is listed under the Verdant Core, and the Compressed Wool is crafted using the Verdant Core, but is listed under the Sentient Core. Also, Emerald Blocks have two quests in the same chapter.
