Better Farmland is missing #78

Describe the bug Better Farmland mod is missing. Just curious if this is intentional or a mistake.

To Reproduce Load world in v1.8.1

Expected behavior That Better Farmland is present or that it's removal is mentioned in the changelog

Fence Jumper mod also missing from 1.8.1, and not mentioned in the changelog.
