Draconic evolution shield recovery key not craftable #89

Describe the bug The recipies for the shield recovery key and shield capacity key have the exact same ingredients so you can only craft the shield capacity key but not the shield recovery key. JEI shows that you could craft both keys with the same cobalt chestplate in the middle but the game doesnt do it
