Decided to give this modpack another go after seeing it was updated July 2022. I have completed every quest up to Chalos Research Paper, and I am unable to figure out where you are supposed to get this.
Satellites are disabled.
I've searched large areas of Overworld cities and structures. Found all kinds of need stuff, but no research papers.
Cleared about 10 or so Neptune dungeons (based on the Tier 8 rocket schematics I have collected).
Previously, you would get research papers from completing a quest. Was this overlooked during the last update? Looking for confirmation before I cheat one in. Trying to follow the mod pack as close to as intended as possible.
