Description of Issue
Applied Energistics meteors do not spawn on any of the planets. (Overworld, Mars, Venus, Eris, or Kepler22b)
I have been checking with the meteor compass for each area looking and it never points to one.
You can't craft the plates without the plates even with Lazy AE2 as its inscriber needs an engineering chip.
Steps to Reproduce Issue
Get a meteor compass from AE2 and check for meteors none show up.
