[BUG] No Recipe for Forge Microblocks Stone Rods #83

Description of Issue

There exists no recipe for Forge Microblocks' Stone Rod (#5157), microblockcbe:stone_rod. This was discovered while attempting to craft Project Red's Silicon wafers. Until this issue is fixed, a number of Project Red recipes will be unobtainable as they rely on Silicon wafers

Steps to Reproduce Issue

  1. Search in HEI: Diamond Saw (#5156), microblockcbe:diamond_saw
  2. Attempt to find the recipe for Stone Rod
  3. Attempt to craft the Diamond Saw in Survival

Version of Planetary using (PLEASE DONT USE 'Latest' OR 'Newest'): 1.6.3

Additional Information

Proposed fixes, in order of preference:

  1. Forge Ore Dictionary entry that adds the rodStone definition to Stone Stick (#10574), sct:stone_stick
  2. Add Stone Stick to recipes for all Forge Microblocks and Project Red saws, starting with the Diamond Saw
  3. TE Sawmill recipe: 1 Silicon Boule (#5930/300), projectred-core:resource_item -> 8 Silicon (#5930/301), projectred-core:resource/silicon
