Pickable Pets Rats conflict #21

With Pickable pets you pick up your pets, this includes rats, Some rats give the player benefits by being on their shoulder, these benefits are no longer possible to get due to pickable pets overwriting the behavior of putting a rat on your shoulder

This also makes it not possible to breed rats as you can't put them in a rat cage
