WalletConnect: Need a way to reset the state of the app when it's stuck. #30

There a moments where I need to be able to reset the state of WalletConnect.

EG:

Ideally, it would be built into the UI (a cancel button on all dialogs), but for now, a command I could run on the console would work.

I added a button to close it in my latest commit.
