I might want to SUBLET my Castr NFT to other publishers #69

Ok, this is for way later in roadmap i guess.

a Sublet.sol Calendar and Pay smart contract that people can use to book slots in the broadcastr booth and stream their stuff.

it wouldn't be a transfer of NFT ownership, but a chip in to temporarily have access to the modifier that governs the livestream.

in the scenario of a decentralized studio or TV, I might want to set a multisig wallet as payout address for subscription NFTs. (having the multisig actually owning the NFT is a bit too complicated)
