CSipSimple disables all sound

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a SIP call.
2. Finish the call.
3. Do anything which generates sound (e.g. press a key, play a sound file, call 
from another phone, make outgoing call...).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Everything works normally (key sound, incoming call sound, call 
voice, media sound...).
Current result: In many cases (more than 50 %) is all sound disabled. Nothing 
can be heard at all. Additionally, all volume controls are set on zero and 
cannot be adjusted (they return back to zero).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CSipSimple - latest from Google Play (2013-01-15)
Android 2.3.6, device Samsung Galaxy W (GT-I8150)

Please provide any additional information below.
The described problem (no sound) can be resolved only be switching the phone 
off and then back on.

I'm having the same issue using the latest nightly (r2187). Android 4.2.2 on 
Nexus 4.

Can be fixed by force quitting CSipSimple, or by opening and closing the 
settings menu.

Lg Nexus 4, Android 4.2.2, Build JDQ39.

Same issue, all sound disabled after call end, volume controls are set on zero 
and cannot be adjusted, restart CSipSimple solve issue to the next call.

Samsung Galaxy S+; Android 2.3.6; CSipSimple latest from Google play (1.00.00 
r2225)

I'm having the same issue:
after a call all souds are disabled.
the volume controls are not on zero; but even if I change them nothing is 
heard. 
If I change "Incoming call volume" then "Media Volume". volume panel is freezed 
and after few seconds crash.
On any media file or game when I used volume buttons only "In-call volume" is 
show.

I have to restart my phone to restore sounds.
