call in progress message while trying to play audio after missed call

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. If receive a call via csipsimple that i do not answer and then try to play 
audio files (such as a voice mail wav file i get emailed to me by the missed 
caller) using the pre-insatlled media player I get a bubble message on the 
screen that says "Unable to play during call."

2. If i answer the call and hang up i can play any audio files it only seems to 
happen after i miss a call.

3. If i miss a call and then manually exit out of csipsimple and re-open 
csipsimple i can then play the files as normal.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

After missing a call i would expect to be able to play audio files using the 
'Music' application that came pre-installed on my Galaxy S5.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?

csipsimple: 1.02.03
music app: 1.0
Android: 5.0
MFG: Samsung Galaxy S5
