Power Consumption #2954

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.CsipSimple Standby

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It drains the battery !!! Mobile in off mode. 

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system? I am using the version from the google app store on android on a LG L5. 
According the Android Power monitor CSipSimple use 35% of the total power 
consumption. My battery doesn't last a day. Tried a new battery same problem. 

Please provide any additional information below.
