现象：up的时候，在loading还没有结束的时候，马上down，虽然没有触及到最上面的刷新区域，可事件实际是变成了down的。

操作顺序： 1.上滑滚动至刷新边缘 2.按住屏幕，上滑 3.松开屏幕一瞬间，马上进行下滑操作，不用太多，一小段就可以
