What problem does this feature solve?

Tour is a very useful feature in react ant and I really want it in angular ant)

What does the proposed API look like?

ng-alain's onboarding is earlier than tour. It seems to be a temporary replacement for tour. It is https://ng-alain.com/components/onboarding/en
