Time Range Picker component not provider for angular. But for react it is provided #8477

What problem does this feature solve?

In React package for antd Time Range Picker component is there. But for angular it is not there. could please add it?

What does the proposed API look like?

Add Time Range Picker like Date range picker. Range picker only with time picker. It shouldn't contain Date picker

Hey! I really need it. Atleast anyone suggest alternative way for Time Range Picker in Angular
