Cascader级联选择搜索功能中使用拼音输入法输入中文的时候，会出现拼音浮现在placeholder上面，也就是拼音出现了，但是placeholder还在，就叠在一起了 #8533

Steps to reproduce

使用微软拼音输入法选择中文拼音，在输入框中输入pin(此时还没有按空格键选择)，会出现拼音叠在Please select上面

What is expected?

拼音出现在上面的时候，不要出现placeholder

What is actually happening?

拼音出现在上面的时候，placeholder依旧存在

Translation of this issue:

When the CASCADER -class chose to use Pinyin input method to enter Chinese in the search function, Pinyin will appear on the Placeholder, that is, the Placeholder is still there.

STEPS To Reproduce

Use the Microsoft Pinyin input method to select Chinese Pinyin, enter PIN in the input box (at this time the space key is not selected), the Pinyin stacked on the page select

What is exfected?

When Pinyin appears above, do not appear PLACEHOLDER

What is actually happy?

When Pinyin appeared on it, Placeholder still exists
