Mass Rename of Files from "Protonet" to "Comnet" #2

Protonet is just a dying brand, we need to start moving away from this old school product into a much more modern, revamped communication module. Introducing Comnet... IMPORTANT!!! Check to see if files changed will not conflict with anything on the priority queue branch!! Keeps saying this branch can not be found. I followed the instructions. Just hold on to a hard copy for now.
