Implement Utility functions #8

In RecievePacket.hpp: Have the SetChecksum() function use the new utility functions

TransmitRequest.cpp: Have the SetChecksum() & HexString functions make use of the new Make sure HexString() output can be in 3 formats:

No Spaces (ex: 7EFFB325)
Data Spaced (ex: 7E FFB3 25, Where 7E is a uint8_t, FFB3 is a uint16t_t, etc...) This format should be used for human reading/debugging
Byte Spaced (ex: 7E FF B3 25) This is the format for XCTU, for later saving and packing the frames into XCTU readable xml's
