First pass at author list #24

Having had this in my 'to do' list forever, here's a go at an author list for the documentation.

I've tried to include as a first cut everyone whom i think had contributed to the FATES code. I might have missed some people. Of course there are many more people who have made indirect science contributions to FATES itself and it's up for debate where one should draw the line. (everyone with whom any of us have ever discussed FATES being the other end point).

What I didn't do was figure out who had specifically contributed to the documentation itself. We can revert to that if people think it's a better idea.
