Minimal updates to the doc to fix units typos in the tables (and some text), and now using :sup: alias instead of :math: for better clarity (doesn't render as png).
Also slightly modified the way png :math: formulas are rendered to (unfortunately only slightly) improve resolution.
Update text that describes the canopy spread parameter to better reflect the code. i.e. Sc is calculated only once per site across patches and cohorts only in the top canopy layer. Also that the c increment depends on the parameters Sc,min and Sc,max.
