Updated the phenology section to describe drought-deciduousness. #53

Updated the phenology section to be more representative of the current implementation:

  1. Text describing the two drought-deciduous phenology strategies implemented.
  2. Harmonise the text between cold- and drought-deciduous, to refer to elongation factors.
  3. Revised carbon allocation section to account for active abscission of fine roots and stems.
  4. Included to visual representation of the decision trees for updating the leaf elongation factors for drought-deciduous phenology.

I suspect that the failed readthedocs build check is due to #54. Error message:

The configuration key "build.os" is required to build your documentation. Read more at https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/config-file/v2.html#build-os

I'll add a config file and see if that helps build the PR.

Merging in main with #54 appears to have allowed the build check to run successfully.

This looks great @mpaiao. I really like the figures.
