We had initially set up BCI with subset GSWP3 data but now figure we might as well give them the local met data. The bci container needs to be re-built with new met data and surface and domain files - these are all saved in google drive currently. This means the sed commands to change the namelist are different for BCI than other sites so we'll provide two run scripts so users don't need to change those.
