Example 1 will be a single point run at BCI using inventory data for initialisation. We will assign all stems to a single tropical PFT in this example. Instructions for running need descriptions of the set up and how to start the run.

This is outdated now. Instructions for running FATES is now in the slide deck and the Read the Docs. Jupyter will only be used for plotting FATES outputs.
