As a user, I want to be able to have my points & meals automatically imported once I sign in. #15

Although this is for a "football app," we want our user interface to look simplistic like this. There will be three big numbers, where users can easily see their points, meals, and nutritional info.

The UD ID will import the meals assigned for each user, but for the user to check they can refer to case #7.
